You-Pick Tulip FAQS?

What are your hours?

Friday April 19th 4:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday April 20th 10:00 am - 6:00 pm OR until sold out

Sunday April 21st CLOSED

Do you have a bathroom? We have a porta-potty available with hand sanitizer.

What should I bring to pick tulips? We have all the equipment you will need to pick your tulips, but feel free to bring a garden trowel or potato fork if you please. We will wrap your tulips in paper for the ride home.

What is the cost for picking tulips? There is no admission fee to pick tulips. Tulips are $2 per stem that you pick. We recommend leaving the tulips on the bulb so that you can replant your bulbs in the fall! We accept cash & Venmo, and for a service charge we can take CC.

Will there be water available? We will have bottled water available for purchase, $1 per bottle.

Can we pack a picnic? YES! We would love for you to sit under our beloved, giant sycamore tree in front of the barn for a picnic on our farm. This is something we love to do, and encourage our guests to do as well. So grab your favorite blanket, charcuterie or sandwiches and enjoy!

Can we feed the animals? Please do not feed our animals anything EXCEPT what we provide. So yes, you can feed the animals if you ask us, but only the food that is safe for them to eat.

What animals are on your farm? We have chickens, goats, turkeys, guineas, a milk cow named Dolly, beef cattle, a miniature pony named Peanut, kitties, pigs, one golden retriever named Doc (Holliday), and one great Pyrenees named Margaret.

What should we wear? Farm appropriate shoes/sandals are a good idea. You will be walking on grass and springtime can be muddy.

Can we take photos? There are many great photo spots, so if you want to take advantage of that, dress appropriately. Have Dutch costumes? Wear them for photos with the tulips! Please no professional photography during our You-Pick events. This ensures an enjoyable event for all of our guests. If you are interested in booking the farm for your own private photo shoot, please send us a message as we do have that option!

Can we explore the barns? We would love for you to enjoy the barns, but please be safe & respectful. They are irreplaceable. Do not go up into the haylofts and keep kids close at all times.

Can we bring our dogs? As much as we love our furry family members, we would ask that you leave your dogs (and all animals) at home. If you have a service dog, please contact us for arrangements.

There is a no smoking policy on our property at all times.
